Note 1: For crimes committed before 30.03.2020, 1 day spent in a penal institution until the juvenile convicts reach the age of 15 will be considered as 3 days, and 1 day spent in a penal institution until they reach the age of 18 will be considered as 1 day spent in a penal institution. it is considered to be 2 days.
Note 2: In case of crimes against sexual immunity (TCK 102, 103, 104, 105). Drug or stimulant manufacturing and trafficking crimes (TCK 188). Committed before 28/06/2014, the conditional release rate is applied as 2. /3.
Note 3: Repeat offenders can benefit from parole if they are sentenced to more than one prison sentence, if they have served a maximum of 32 years in a correctional institution for good behavior.
Note 4: Membership in an organization / membership in an organization (excluding terrorism) should be applied as 2/3 in accordance with Article 58/9 of the Turkish Penal Code.
