WHICH CRIMES WILL BENEFIT FROM THE AMNESTY?
During the execution of the sentence by applying a probation measure. 4/5 of the time that must be spent in prison institutions for parole must be spent in prison. The convict can benefit from probation for a maximum of three years.
Female convicts with children in the age group 0-6, who cannot lead their lives alone due to severe illness, disability and old age, must spend 3/5 of the time they must spend in prison institutions for parole. They can benefit from probation for a maximum of four years (Severe illness, disability or old age must be documented with a report to be received from the ATK or issued by the health boards of full-fledged hospitals determined by the Ministry of Justice and approved by the Ministry of Health.) Important: The probation period for crimes committed before 30.03.2020. Has been increased from 1 to 3 years, except for exceptional crimes.
Exception crimes
Crimes of premeditated murder (TCK 81, 82, 83)

for crimes committed before 30.03.2020, the probation period of female convicts with children in the 0-6 age group and convicts who have reached the age of 70 has been increased from 2 to 4 years, except for exceptional crimes.
