EFFECTIVE REPENTANCE AND SENTENCE REDUCTION IN THE CRIME OF BLACKMAIL.
The provisions on effective repentance do not apply to this crime. However, when circumstances involving coercion, persuasion, or error are taken into account, the prison sentence may be reduced by one-half (TCK Art. 250/4).
