SUBJECT: Our claim for compensation regarding protection of reputation.
EXPLANATIONS
1- My client is a well-known, beloved, respectable, and peaceful individual. He is a shopkeeper. He is someone who pays little attention to his surroundings and harms no one.
2- A neighbor, annoyed by my client’s indifference, named his dog after. My client in order to draw his attention and provoke him, and this. Name was written on the dog’s collar.
3- The defendant, while walking his dog in the neighborhood,. Constantly calls it by my client’s name, and does so specifically during peak. Hours and in the presence of other neighbors. This behavior demonstrates that it was intentional and aimed at humiliating my client.
4- Furthermore, my client feels deeply humiliated, distressed, and hurt by this situation.
5- For these reasons, we respectfully request that the defendant’s conduct, which has caused harm to my client, be ceased, and that the defendant be ordered to pay … TL in compensation, along with legal interest accruing from the date of the lawsuit, for this dishonorable conduct toward my client.
