2- However, I suffered a heart attack during the appeal process and. Was admitted to intensive care, and I was unable to come to the. Enforcement Office during the appeal period. Medical reports regarding this situation are attached. (Attachment 1)
3- The signatures on the promissory notes, which were examined by the creditor and presented as the basis for the debt in question, do not belong to me.
