2- However, I suffered a heart attack during the appeal process and. Was admitted to intensive care, and I was unable to come to the. Enforcement Office during the appeal period. Medical reports regarding this situation are attached. (Attachment 1)
3- The signatures on the promissory notes, which were examined by the creditor and presented as the basis for the debt in question, do not belong to me. This will become apparent during the signature examination. Therefore, I object to the debt. (Other reasons for the amount objected to should also be stated.)
