I am the owner of a property registered at my address and registered in my name in the title deed with the parcel number… and the Kain number.
There is no access road from this real estate (e.g., house, land, field) to the main road. Although I have previously requested this, the defendant is not being allowed to separate.
It is imperative for me to pass through the main road. I cannot use the real estate in question due to this obstacle. Therefore, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.
I request that my right of way to the main road be established from the appropriate part of the defendant’s immovable property (island, parcel no.).
I am also prepared to pay compensation to be determined by the court.
Conclusion and Request: With the acceptance of my case file, I sincerely request and demand that the necessary procedures be carried out to establish my right of way to the main road from the appropriate part of my island parcel property.
