EXPLANATIONS
1-My client is a well-liked, natural person and businessman in his community. He is a valuable businessman who has helped civil society in recent years and paid all his taxes.
2- In the article published in the … newspaper of … province on ../…/…, clearly showing my client’s name, statements such as “Where does the water for this mill come from, where does this money come from” were made.
3- In reality, my client, who has property and income inherited from his family and is listed among the top taxpayers of the year in a magazine called …, was the subject of an article that constituted an attack and damage to both his material and moral integrity. It damages my client’s respectable reputation.
4- My client, an honorable citizen who loves his country and pays his taxes, is being subjected to groundless rumors in the area where he lives, damaging his reputation and consequently affecting his business. Similarly, my client’s girlfriend has left him for this reason.
5- We request that the letters of refutation we have submitted be published on the same page and column. We will also initiate criminal and civil proceedings against those who wrote the relevant information.
REQUEST: We request that the retraction request submitted in the attachment be published in the newspaper’s next issue on the same page, in the same column, and in the same font size, and that my client’s victimization be prevented. …/…/…
