Application for the Reorganization of Personal Relations with the Child

Application for the Reorganization of Personal Relations with the Child

… FAMILY COURT

PLAINTIFF:

ATTORNEY:

DEFENDANT:

SUBJECT: Request to rearrange personal relations with the child.

EXPLANATIONS

1- My client and the defendant ended their 9-year marriage by mutual agreement, and the Family Court accepted the parties’ application, and the divorce decree dated …, based on …, and numbered … was served on the parties and became final.

2- In the ruling, custody of the parties’ child was granted to the defendant. Since our client works outside the city, he agreed to see his child only during summer vacations, and the court took this into consideration when making this arrangement. In addition, the court orders the defendant to pay TL … in alimony on a regular basis.

3- After completing his work outside the city, our client started working again in the city where the child and the defendant reside. According to the new court decision, our client wanted to see his child on weekends without affecting his schooling, but this request was rejected by his ex-wife.

4- Undoubtedly, children need their father’s love as much as their mother’s love. My client’s right to see his child is his most natural right, but the defendant’s ex-wife is preventing this.

5- We request the honorable court to reorganize my client’s personal relationship with his child due to his new workplace and opportunities and to allow him to see his child again every weekend.

LEGAL GROUNDS: Provisions of the Civil Code and related legislation

EVIDENCE: Divorce decree, witnesses, enforcement file, and other evidence

OUTCOME OF THE CASE: For the reasons stated above and to be considered ex officio, we request that our client’s relationship with his child be reorganized and that the defendant be charged with the court costs and attorney’s fees. Sincerely, …/…/…
