1- The defendant is a tenant belonging to our client, resides as a tenant in accordance with the first dated lease agreement in the apartment located at … /… /… And still pays a monthly rent of … TL.
2- Our client’s daughter divorced her husband by a. Family Court decision and had to take refuge with our client with her child. Our client’s daughter is in a difficult situation and still needs shelter.
3- The client has informed the defendant with a warning that the immovable property leased is required by our client to him. However, no answer was given to him.
