SUBJECT: It is the subject of our eviction request due to the occupation of Fuzuli.
EXPLANATIONS :
1- The defendant, the immovable property belongs to our plaintiff client, …. He lives as a tenant in the apartment located at his address with a written rental agreement with a monthly starting date of TL.
2- The defendant rented the real estate to …/…/… On the date of the lease agreement, and there is a record in the lease agreement that the real estate cannot be transferred to anyone else.
3- Upon this situation, the plaintiff client informed the defendant that he did not have his consent in this regard with the notice dated and numbered from the Notary Public and that the lease agreement should be renewed within one month.
4- However, upon the defendant’s failure to renew the lease. Agreement despite this warning, the obligation to file this lawsuit arose.
