Abstract Objection to Debt.
On 20.02.2015, I received the payment order (Example: 8) sent to me by the Creditor Ahmet Haklı regarding the follow-up file of your department numbered 2015/240.
As claimed in the payment order, my AEG refrigerator was not “pledged” to the creditor by me.
In this way, the creditor’s right of pledge is challenged pursuant to Art. I 147/I of the EBL. 27.02.2015
