Lawsuit……………………………: It consists of the defendant’s request for “cancellation of the objection” regarding the debt of (14.500,00) TL in the enforcement office, continuation of the proceedings and “20% execution denial compensation”.
EVENT-
The defendant appealed in due time (after the notification of the payment order numbered Sample: 7) upon the establishment of a general attachment through the file numbered 2015/850 of the İzmir 2nd Execution Directorate due to my client’s receivable of 14.500,00 TL arising from “shopping”.
On 10.01.2015, the client was notified that the proceeding was suspended by stating that the debtor objected to the proceeding.
The objection of the debtor is groundless. It is evident from the delivery receipts bearing his signature that he owes my client TL. (14.500,00).
