WHAT IS THE CERTIFICATE OF INHERITANCE (INHERITANCE DECREE) AND WHAT IS IT USEFUL FOR?
A probate decree is a legal document requested from a Magistrate’s Court or Notaries in order to determine who the heirs are in the event of the death of a person, indicating the heirs and their rights. In case of death, it is shown in this document who the heirs of the heir are, who has the right to inherit. As heirs mentioned in the inheritance decree, they are entitled to a share of the inheritance of the heir (deceased person), unless otherwise.
In the inheritance decree, together with the heirs, it is included in the proportion to which the heirs have rights. This ratio is of great importance in the distribution of goods. For example, an immovable property is available in the title deed, and this real estate is divided into heirs in accordance with the rate specified in the probate decree, or the current money of the testator in the bank is also divided into heirs at the specified rate.
