HOW CAN I GET THE LOAN INTEREST (CARTEL INTEREST) BACK?
The Competition Board has determined that the 12 banks at the bottom of this text constituted a cartel (concerted action/compromise) between Dec1.08.2007 and 22.09.2011.
In accordance with the decision of the Competition Board, the 12 banks in question have created cartels in deposit, credit and credit card services.
If anyone from the base 12 between the dates in question with 21.08.2007 22.09.2011 from deposits, loans, and credit card services received, if any, of the Act No. 4054 58. in accordance with the article, you have the right to file a claim for compensation in the amount of 3 times your damages.
According to the determination made by the Competition Board in Table 16 in the evaluation section of Document-6 of the reasoned decision of the Competition Board;
Home loans by 15 basis points (0.15)
10 Basis points (0.10) in need loans
There is a cartel compromise (common interest Dec) between 5-20 basis points (0.5-0.20) on vehicle loans.
There is no clear determination of the interest rates on deposits and credit cards and other loans.
Those who benefit from deposit, credit and card services between Dec1.08.2007 and 22.09.2011 can file a compensation claim.
Since the compensation case that will be filed cannot calculate the exact amount of the damage, it must necessarily be filed as an “indefinite receivable case” because this damage will only occur as a result of calculations made by expert experts.
