SUBJECT : It consists of our eviction request due to the default of the tenant.
EXPLANATIONS : 1- The defendant tenant belongs to the client and …. in the apartment located at the address … /… /… he lives as a tenant in accordance with the lease agreement dated the beginning and still pays a monthly rent of … TL.
2- In the lease agreement concluded between the defendant and the client, the rental prices are between Dec. and Dec. of each month ……….. Bank…….. It was decided to deposit it into the account located in the branch. But the defendant’s … year …. due to the fact that he did not deposit the rental price of the month to the relevant account on the dates specified in the contract, on paying the delayed rental price …. A notice was sent to the defendant through the notary’s office on the date of …/…/…, warning that if he does not pay the rent within 30 days from the date of notification of the notice, he will be deemed to have defaulted in accordance with the Code of Obligations and an eviction case will be filed against him. Despite this, the rent in question was not paid by the defendant.
3- As of this, it is necessary to open this eviction case because the tenant has defaulted by not paying the rent of TL.
