SUBJECT : It consists of our evacuation request due to the need of the workplace.
EXPLANATIONS : 1-In accordance with the lease agreement concluded between the defendant tenant and the client … /… /… on the date of the Decedent, the defendant owns the … m2 shop at the address … of our client … TL per month. he rented it to pay rent money.
2- The son of the plaintiff client … years ……..he is a resident of. …, … /…/… will definitely return to Turkey on the date of and will open the store in the said store.
3- Although the defendant has been sent an eviction notice due to the need for a workplace through a notary and the lease agreement has expired, he has not yet vacated the real estate, so this eviction case has to be opened.
