INSTRUCTIONS
1-) As a result of the cadastral survey conducted on …/…/…, the immovable property registered under the parcel number was registered in the name of the Treasury.
2-) My client has been using this real estate for many years, and his team mows the grass on this real estate next to his field. The real estate must be registered in my client’s name. In accordance with the provisions of the acquisitive prescription law.
3-) Therefore, it has become necessary to file a lawsuit for the transfer of ownership of the said real estate to my client and the cancellation of the decision made on behalf of the Treasury.
LEGAL GROUNDS: 3402 PK m. 9, 18 and related legislation.
LEGAL EVIDENCE: Land registry records, evidence collection, expert examination, and other evidence.
CONCLUSION AND SUMMARY
