This is our petition, which also includes our claim for compensation.
INSTRUCTIONS
1-) Defendant …/…./…, requested assistance from our client on the specified date to withdraw money from an ATM, but when the card was blocked, the other defendant, a bank employee, stated that the card was not in the ATM and that the money had been withdrawn recently, requesting the return of the card. Our client filed an unjustified complaint, which led to the search and surveillance of his safe and workplace and the initiation of a criminal investigation against him. (ATTACHMENT – 1)
2-) Our client was at his workplace… He was put in a difficult position and humiliated in front of his colleagues because his work environment and locker were searched during the investigation. Furthermore, because our client could not go to work while he was detained, his salary was deducted until the day he left his job.

3-) It was necessary to file this lawsuit to ensure compensation for the material and moral damages caused by the defendant’s unjust detention for the reasons we have explained.
