INSTRUCTIONS:

1-) The suspect gave my client, who is an auto mechanic, a check with the serial number / … / … and a value of … TL; this check was withdrawn from my client’s bank account. (ATTACHMENT-1)

2-) The check was delivered to the bank within the legal time frame, but it was not paid.

3-) Despite my client repeatedly calling and warning the suspect, no result was achieved. Therefore, it has become necessary to apply to your office.
