Liability in traffic accidents
Article 82 – Immediate intervention in traffic accidents that may occur on highways, transportation or treatment of the dead and injured, or in order to ensure the arrest of suspects,
a) Drivers of vehicles involved in an accident or passing by should take first aid measures at the scene of the accident, report the situation to the nearest police or medical institution and take the injured to the nearest medical institution at the request of the authorities,
b) To ensure that the owners or operators of intercity fuel stations have first aid materials ready for use at any time in accordance with the established standards,
c) Repair shop, service station, garage owners and their responsibilities; If a vehicle known to have been involved in a fatal or injured accident or showing signs of a crime arrives at their premises, to report the situation to the municipal police without delay and to submit it to the minutes,
