Our client, who has fulfilled every obligation within the marriage for years, has suffered immense devastation upon facing the aforementioned incident of adultery and infidelity. Therefore, we are seeking moral damages from the defendant because our client was forced to quit their job at the defendant’s insistence when they married; the possibility of finding employment again in the event of a divorce has also been eliminated at this stage. For this reason, we are demanding that the defendant pay TL in material damages and that these funds be awarded to our client.
Our client and her husband, B…, have been married since the very beginning. They have no children from this marriage.
>However, the defendant is engaging in sexual relations with a woman named K, which constitutes adultery and undermines the sense of commitment to the family union. Our client discovered this situation. A police report was filed regarding this matter, and after evaluating all these issues, it was deemed necessary to file this lawsuit. Due to the defendant’s adultery, the continuation of the family union is no longer possible. In this context, it was necessary to request the dissolution of the marriage.
