Regarding your detained client, the prison administration has, up until now, attempted to arrange visits on the days designated for family and children. However, since the visitation days fall on weekdays and the detained client’s three children are currently enrolled in school, it has not been possible for them to be present on those days.

As explained, the detained client’s children are students; their presence at your prison on visitation days is causing problems in their educational lives. Initially, they are experiencing attendance issues, but they are also failing in their classes. For this reason,
we propose and request that visitation days be scheduled between weekdays and Saturdays so that our detained client may see his children.
