INSTRUCTIONS:
1-) The defendant … ….. //…/…// told our client, while on the way to school, that her father had been in an accident at work and was currently in the hospital, that he would take her to the hospital with her father, that he was her father’s colleague, and that her father had already sent him.
2-) Our client is … … years old. Although he was not yet fifteen years old, due to the anxiety he was experiencing at that moment, he was not in a state to realize he was being deceived. Therefore, he believed the defendant’s words and got into the defendant’s car,. Which was covered in blood, under the pretext of going to the hospital.

The defendant parked the car in the..…. Area of the city, locked it, and began approaching our client. Despite our client’s constant pushing and resistance, she was never able to escape. During the struggle, our client hit her head on the glove compartment and lost consciousness. Taking advantage of this opportunity, the defendant sexually assaulted our client multiple times.
4-) A few hours after the incident, the defendant left our client in a semi-conscious state near her home and, before leaving, threatened her by squeezing her throat, saying, “If you tell your mother or father about this, I’ll do this ten times over, I didn’t do anything else, and I’ll also slit their throats.”
5-) Due to the fear and distress she experienced, our client did not disclose this situation to her family for a long time; however, it came to light one day when her mother pressed her for details.
6-) The crime committed by the defendant against our client constitutes the offense specified in Article 103 of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and therefore, filing a complaint is mandatory.
