SUBJECT: This concerns our request for the suspension of the execution of the sentence.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-) Our client … … was sentenced to one month in prison by the …/…/…/… E. …/… K. Criminal Court’s Decision No. … regarding the offense of violating payment conditions (Attachment 1).
2-) The decision, which was upheld during the appeal and motion for correction of the decision stages, became final on …/…/… (Attachment 2) and the prison sentence was imposed from …/…/… to ……/…/… (Attachment 3).
3-) Our client has undertaken to pay the required amount in specified installments (Attachment 4). Furthermore, it has been agreed that the payment period shall not exceed two years from the date of the undertaking and that the amount to be paid shall be covered by our client (Attachment 5).
