Statement of Facts
The defendant has unlawfully seized the real property. I own as a tenant and is currently using it.
T he defendant leased the property from the owner under a one-day lease agreement and, while I was at the door, extorted money from me and unlawfully seized the property from me.
The defendant also has no superior tenant’s right to the property in question. For the reasons explained above, I felt compelled to file this lawsuit to seek the return of ownership of the property.
Conclusion and Request: I respectfully submit and request that my property rights, which have been usurped by the defendant, be restored; the defendant’s usurpation be removed; the act of seizure be prevented; and the costs be recovered from the defendant.
