INSTRUCTIONS
1- The defendant …/…/…, pursuant to the lease agreement dated (ATTACHMENT-1), pays a monthly rent of TL for the immovable property where my client’s property is located.
2- Since the rent paid by the defendant is much lower than comparable rents, the client notified the defendant tenant of the request to increase the rent for the new rental period starting on (ATTACHMENT-2)/…/… with a notification dated /…/…, but the defendant did not accept this.
3- We were forced to apply to Your Honorable Court with a request for the monthly rent to be determined in accordance with fair prices, taking into account wholesale and living indices and economic principles, and to be increased to TL.
