INSTRUCTIONS:
1-) My client’s father … passed away on …/…/…. Your spouse has … children other than my client.
2-) The deceased incurred significant expenses for his health and fell into serious debt. In this context, the deceased had no movable or immovable property at the time of his death. Therefore, he was in debt. Our client learned that the deceased was in debt as a result of enforcement proceedings initiated in his name due to debts incurred after the deceased’s death.
3-) For these reasons, my client is renouncing the inheritance left by his father.
