INSTRUCTIONS:
1-) Our client, …, has been in a relationship with a girlfriend named … for … months/years and plans to marry her next year. During one of his phone conversations with his girlfriend, he suspected that there was a crackling sound on the phone and applied to the relevant authority to have his line monitored. As a result of the investigation conducted by the relevant authority, it was determined that our client’s phone line had been accessed and his conversations had been listened to.
The decision report dated /…/… regarding this matter, which was communicated to our client by the administration, is in October. (October-October) The relevant persons whose names appear on the witness list (OCTOBER-2) submitted as an attachment to our petition will also make statements about the situation if deemed appropriate by your court.
