SUBJECT: Pursuant to Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, we hereby submit our request for the necessary protective measures to be taken.
EXPLANATIONS
The purpose of Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the measures to be taken to protect women, children, family members, and victims of stalking and to prevent violence against them. As my client is at risk of being subjected to violence and is a victim of unilateral stalking, it has become necessary for us to submit our request for these protective measures to be taken under the Law prepared for this purpose.

If the defendants’ behavior towards my client is not stopped, my client is at risk of being subjected to violence. Due to the psychological violence my client has experienced, protective measures must be taken against the defendants immediately, before physical violence occurs.
As a result of these incidents, despite criminal complaints being filed against the defendants, this behavior continues. My client has been so affected and psychologically worn down by these incidents that she is unable to work.
In order to ensure the safety and well-being of both my client and the persons living in the same residence, it has become imperative to request that the necessary protective measures be taken and implemented within the framework of the powers and possibilities provided by Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women.
LEGAL GROUNDS: Constitution of the Republic of Turkey No. 2709, Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, Turkish Civil Code No. 4721.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons explained above, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of my client and the persons living with her, considering that there is no evidence or documentation regarding the use of violence in accordance with Law No. 6284, the defendants shall:
Pursuant to Article 5/1-a of Law No. 6284, refrain from any words or actions that constitute violence, insult, humiliation, or degradation against my client;
Pursuant to Article 5/1-c of Law No. 6284, refrain from approaching the building where my client resides at the address …;
Pursuant to Article 5/1-d of Law No. 6284, not to approach my client’s relatives and witnesses;
Pursuant to Article 5/1-e of Law No. 6284, not to give my client their belongings;
Pursuant to Article 5/1-f of Law No. 6284, not to disturb my client through communication or other means
and we request that other appropriate measures be taken and a decision be made. (Date)
