FACTS: 1- My client ………. and the defendant ……….. got engaged about a year ago. Although their relationship was very good during their engagement, the defendant informed my client about a month ago that he was breaking off the engagement without giving any reason or justification.
2- Both during the engagement ceremony and throughout the engagement period, my client gave the defendant the items listed below as engagement gifts. However, despite my client’s verbal requests, the defendant refused to return the aforementioned engagement gifts, which is why this lawsuit was filed.
