REASONS FOR RECUSAL: 1- In the main case ………./…. currently being heard in your court, the defendant’s attorney stated that he would definitely win this case because the judge presiding over the case is an enemy of my client.
2- My client was involved in a traffic accident in which a person died. Following the defendant’s attorney’s statements, my client’s investigation revealed that the judge presiding over the case is the son of the person (……) who died in the traffic accident. In this case, it is stated that the absence of ……… remains can be denied.
3- This is the reason for the judge’s recusal.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: Without changing the above, we request that our case be accepted and that Judge (A….B……) be recused from the case. We respectfully request that another judge be appointed to this case. ../../..
