Instructions:
1- In Antalya, ………… neighborhood, ………… your street, registered in the land registry as ………… block, ………. plot, ………. parcel number, the opposing party …….. real estate is registered in our name as a joint property.
2- This place is used as a building… it is also known as a hotel.
3- I cannot use the building where the ………. parcel is located. This place is subject to ownership rules in the event of participation. For the lawsuits I will file and the enforcement and administrative proceedings I will initiate in the future, I request that the following matters be determined as evidence through an expert on the subject real estate:
a) Who resides in the immovable property referred to as a hotel,
b) What is the reason for people being. Present in this real estate (tenant, owner, squatter),
c) Are there rental agreements for tenants. (if so, from whom and when are they rented),
d) What is the property currently being used as (hotel, guesthouse, inn, workplace, etc.),
e) If I am residing as a tenant, I request that the amount of monthly and annual rent paid and who receives the rent be determined as evidence on site.
Conclusion and Request: Due to the urgency of the matter, I respectfully request that the above-mentioned issues be determined as evidence by an expert at the beginning of the real estate transaction without notifying the other party, that the costs be borne by the other party, and that the offer and demand be determined by an expert witness.
