EXPLANATIONS
The client company sells technology products. For this purpose, the following checks, received from customers and approved by the client company’s representative, were stolen when the window of the client company’s employee’s vehicle was broken. The report filed by the Levent police station regarding the theft from our client’s employee’s vehicle and photographs of the scene of the incident have also been attached to our petition.

As these stolen checks were issued by companies with high commercial reputation in the market, the client company also has a turnover and the checks are not yet due.
This lawsuit has been filed to prevent the collection of the checks from the bank and to prevent damage to our client and the customers of our client who issued the checks, requesting the cancellation of the check and a payment prohibition as a precautionary measure.
EVIDENCE: Bank records, copies of the checks, witnesses, police reports, and other legal evidence.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:
For the reasons briefly explained above, we request that our case be accepted and taken into consideration ex officio by your court, and we propose that, first of all, the payment of the checks belonging to our client, the photographs of which we have submitted in our petition, be prevented and that the checks in question be canceled at the end of the case.
