SUBJECT: Pursuant to Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, we hereby submit our request for the necessary protective measures to be taken.

EXPLANATIONS

1- The purpose of Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the measures to be taken to protect women, children, family members, and victims of harassment and to prevent violence against them. Within the scope of this law, prepared for this purpose, it has become necessary to submit our request for protective measures to be taken due to my client being at risk of exposure to violence and being a victim of unilateral harassment. Namely;

2- If the actions taken by the defendants against my client are not prevented, my client is at risk of being subjected to violence. Due to the psychological violence she has experienced, protective measures must be taken immediately against the defendants before physical violence is inflicted on my client.

3- Despite criminal complaints being filed against them as a result of these incidents, the defendants continue their behavior. My client has been so affected by these incidents that she is unable to work and has been psychologically damaged.

4- In order to ensure the safety and well-being of my client and other people living in the same apartment building, it has become imperative to request that the necessary protective measures be taken and implemented within the framework of the powers and possibilities provided by Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women.

Constitution of the Republic of Turkey No. 2709, Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, Turkish Civil Code No. 4721.

LEGAL EVIDENCE: (No obligation to provide evidence. Witnesses, camera recordings, etc.)

CONCLUSION: For the reasons explained above, considering that there is no evidence or documentation regarding the use of violence in accordance with Law No. 6284, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of my client and the persons living with her;

Pursuant to Article 5/1-a of Law No. 6284, there is no threat of violence, insult, humiliation, or degradation against my client;
Pursuant to Article 5/1-c of Law No. 6284, no one is approaching the building where my client resides at the address of …;
Pursuant to Article 5/1-d of Law No. 6284, no one is approaching my client’s relatives and witnesses;
Pursuant to Article 5/1-e of Law No. 6284, my client’s belongings are not being returned to him/her;
Pursuant to Article 5/1-f of Law No. 6284, we request that my client not be disturbed through communication or other means and that other appropriate measures be taken. Sincerely,
