EXPLANATIONS: 1- Our client is one of the most well-known buildings in the province of ……………. He is the owner of the building with the independent parcel number located at …………. address. It is also registered in the land registry as …………. province, …………. town, …………. neighborhood, …………. island, …………. parcel number.
2- At the last general meeting of the office building, it was understood that the land shares belonging to some independent sections were calculated incorrectly and recorded in the land registry in this way. The independent section belonging to our client is one of the independent sections where this error was made.
