EXPLANATIONS
1) Our client’s father, XXXXX XXXXX, is 86 years old and is unable to manage his assets or follow up on and manage his affairs. Due to our client’s father’s health problems, the company affairs that need attention are progressing very slowly and with difficulties. At the beginning of 2017, our client’s father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. We are submitting the doctor’s report as an attachment.
2) Due to his illness, our client’s father is unable to perform his duties as chairman of the board of directors of XXXXXX Inc. and even his personal affairs. He has lost the ability to evaluate the causes and consequences of his actions and must be placed under guardianship.
3) Due to his illness, our client’s father cannot assume legal responsibility. Our client has been conducting all of his father’s business for approximately one year. It is extremely difficult for our client to continue managing his father’s company affairs and to keep track of his personal assets and business. We must apply to your court for the appointment of a guardian for our client’s father.
