ARTICLE 1. PARTIES
A donation agreement has been concluded between hami m.. (hereinafter referred to as the “donor”) residing at ……………………………………. and Ünal o. (hereinafter referred to as the “donor”) under the following terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 2. SUBJECT MATTER
The subject matter of this agreement is the donation of the Mahmut brand computer, owned by the Donor, to the Donee without any payment of consideration.
ARTICLE 3. DONOR’S OBLIGATIONS
The Donor has donated and delivered the Mahmut brand computer, which is the subject of this agreement, to the Donee without any compensation.
This agreement was prepared in two copies in Ankara on …/…/… and signed by the parties, and one copy was given to each party.
