Explanations:
The suspect I am defending has been subject to judicial control in the form of a weekly reporting requirement, pursuant to the decision of the Criminal Court of Peace dated …/…/2021 and numbered 2021/…, within the scope of the investigation numbered 2021/… conducted by the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. The aforementioned decision is unlawful, and it must be overturned on appeal, and the suspect must be released unconditionally. This is because:
The suspect made sincere statements and told the truth both in his statement to the prosecutor’s office and in his interrogation before the Criminal Court of Peace. It is clear that there are no elements of a crime against the suspect and that the suspect did not commit the crime under investigation.
Furthermore, the suspect has a fixed place of residence and has no means of escape. Considering that the suspect does not pose a risk of tampering with evidence, the requirement imposed on the suspect to sign in once a week causes our client to suffer. For these reasons, we request that the judicial control measure of signing in, which is a measure restricting the suspect’s freedom, be lifted upon appeal as it is an excessive measure.

For the reasons explained above, we respectfully request that the judicial control measure imposed on the suspect be LIFTED UPON OBJECTION and that the suspect be unconditionally released.
