SUBJECT: Regarding the issuance of a wage garnishment notice.
Two wage garnishment notices were sent to the above-mentioned work address under the above-mentioned file number. However, the requested address is Antalya Aksu, and we respectfully request that the wage garnishment notice be sent to the above-mentioned address.
Until the debt is paid, the debtor mentioned above,
shall have 1/4 of their monthly salary, bonuses, and premiums considered as wages under the Labor Law, severance pay and notice pay in case of termination, and all other types of labor receivables, as well as all compensation and guarantees up to the amount of the receivable, seized; all address information of the debtor in the employer’s records shall be requested; the seizure shall be recorded, commencing and continuing deductions from the debtor’s first monthly wage until notification of payment of the debt, reporting the outcome, and regularly transferring the deductions to your employer’s bank account;
notifying your Office in the event of any change in the debtor’s salary or employment, or any change requiring the debtor to receive their salary from another source, or termination of their employment, Notification of other garnishments related to the salary and the order in your Office’s file, and if any contrary action is taken, collection from the salaries and other assets of the responsible parties without a court order, in accordance with Articles 356 and 357 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. We respectfully request that the employer be notified in writing on behalf of our client that any amounts not deducted from the debtor’s salary or transferred after deduction shall be collected from the salaries and other assets of the responsible parties without the need for a court order, and that those who fail to comply with the order shall be reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
