SUBJECT OF THE CASE: Request for eviction due to the reacquisition of the leased property.
FACTS:
1- The Defendant Tenant …, purchased the ownership of the apartment located at ………… province, ………… district, ………… address on …… date and is residing as a tenant in accordance with the……….. Dated lease agreement made with the previous owner and is currently paying a monthly rent of ………..TL.
2- My client, the Lessor ….., purchased the apartment in question on ……….. However, despite the notification and the expiration of the lease term, the defendant has not vacated the leased property. Indeed, my client, stating that the contract has not been renewed, has not accepted the rent paid by the defendant for the last month.
3- The leased property was later purchased by my client, who needed housing. My client was residing in a rented property elsewhere and purchased the apartment in question with the severance pay and savings he received after retiring from public service.
4- Furthermore, approximately 6 months ago, my client sent a formal notice to the defendant requesting the eviction of the tenant. However, the tenant did not vacate the property. Therefore, due to the subsequent acquisition of the leased property, it has become necessary to file this eviction lawsuit.

For the reasons stated above, I request that our lawsuit, filed based on the subsequent acquisition of the leased property and housing needs, be accepted, that the defendant be evicted from the apartment located at the above address where he resides as a tenant, and that the defendant be ordered to pay the court costs and attorney’s fees.
