1- The promissory note issued to me by the debtor ……… with a maturity date of XXXXXX, a value of XXXXXX, a price of XXXXXX, and a date of XXXXXX has not yet been paid.
2- The debtor cannot be reached by me, and there is a possibility that the debtor may have fled and changed their address. Indeed, external investigations also point in this direction. Therefore, we are obliged to request a provisional attachment of the debtor’s movable and immovable property and the rights and claims of third parties in exchange for the security deemed appropriate by the court, and to request a provisional attachment for the protection of movable property.
3- For the reasons stated above, I request that the movable and immovable property of the debtor XXXXX, as well as the rights and claims of third parties, be subject to provisional attachment in exchange for appropriate security.
