2- In the final decision, it was decided to pay alimony of 12.500,00 TL per month to our client.
3- As a result of the divorce proceedings, custody of the young children aged XXXXX and XXXXX has been given to the plaintiff mother, who is our client. In addition, it was ordered that the defendant pay alimony of TL 7.500,00 per month for the children.
4- The alimony amounts decided in this case, which was decided about four years ago, are no longer enough to meet the needs of our client and his children. During this process, our client was emotionally exhausted and lost his job due to the media coverage of the problems he was experiencing with his wife. The children have started their education.
