Although the annual increase rate in the rental agreement is set at 25 percent, the rent increases made due to economic changes, high inflation and deteriorating living conditions over time have remained extremely low.

The current rental price paid for the subject property is extremely low compared to similar rental prices in the surrounding area, taking into account the location, size and characteristics of the real estate.
