SUBJECT : It consists of our eviction request due to the tenant’s default.
EXPLANATIONS : 1- The defendant belongs to the client, …./…/… He lives in the apartment located at the address as a tenant in accordance with the first dated lease agreement and still pays a monthly rent of … TL.
2- In the lease agreement concluded between the defendant and the client, the rental prices are Decoupled for each month ……….. That can be decided between the days, the Bank …….. Dec………… It has been decided to deposit it to the account located in the branch.

And in relation to the payment of the overdue rental price due to the failure to pay the rental price for the relevant month to the relevant account on the dates specified in the contract ….
