Execution of the Precautionary Attachment Decision
Within ten days from the date of the interim attachment decision, the creditor must request the enforcement of the interim attachment decision. If the creditor does not request the enforcement of the pledge within ten days, the pledge shall automatically lapse and cannot be enforced thereafter.
The execution of the interim attachment decision must be requested from the enforcement office in the jurisdiction of the court that issued the interim attachment decision. Complaints regarding the execution of the interim injunction shall be filed with the enforcement court to which the enforcement office that executed the enforcement action is affiliated.
