He said that for 13 crimes in the Turkish Penal Code, including “forgery of money”, “making noise”, “endangering traffic safety”, “unjustified encroachment”, “deliberately endangering public safety”, and “making false statements in the issuance of official documents”, prosecutors could give suspects half the possible sentence.
