WHAT ARE THE ELEMENTS OF AN OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENT?
In order for an event to be qualified as an occupational accident, four elements must be realized. These are
Accident victim’s insured,
The casualty has suffered immediate or subsequent physical or mental injury,
According to the place and time of the insured in Law No. 5510/13. accident according to one of the matters listed in the article,
The existence of a causal link in the accident.
