D) Changing the type of title deed

ARTICLE 650 – (1) A promissory note written in a name or order may be converted into a written promissory note only with the consent of all those who are the rightful owner and debtor. This consent must be written directly on the promissory note.

(2) The same rule applies to the conversion of maternity. Certificates into registered or promissory notes. In this latter case, if there is no  right or consent of one of the creditors, this conversion refers only to the Decrees between the creditor who made the conversion and the person who is the direct successor of his rights.
