Status of the right to benefit holder
Article 700 – If a shareholder establishes a usufruct right on his own share, if one of the other shareholders wishes to receive a share within three months from the notification that the usufruct right has been established; the usufruct right to share by sale continues at the price to be deducted for the relevant share.
