THE ARRANGEMENTS MADE AND ENVISAGED TO BE MADE IN THE ADOPTION REGULATION
The adoption regulation was amended in 2018. Offering foster family options to families instead of adoption due to the longer waiting time in the adoption method
Lowering the age limit for the adoptive person or their spouses, which was previously 40 Decembers, in the form of the age difference between the adoptive and the adopted person to be 18
If the child has parents, obtaining their consent
Obtaining permission from guardianship offices for children under custody
The adoptive spouses must both be over the age of 30 and have completed five years of their marriage
If he has a small power of discrimination, his consent must also be obtained
Unmarried people who want to adopt children must be over the age of thirty.
